Otelka is channel manager, booking engine and front-office software (SaaS) for small and mid-sized hotels, apartments and guesthouses.
What we do
Otelka sends a property’s rates and availability to channels such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb from one place, and brings reservations and guest messages from the channels together in a single calendar. The property’s own booking page and website, check-in and check-out, housekeeping, cash and invoicing, and identity reporting tools are in the same application. Channel connections are provided through the Channex platform.
What we don’t do
Otelka is not a travel agency, booking site or marketplace. It does not act as an intermediary in accommodation sales, does not collect payments from guests and does not run a site listing properties. The property owns the prices, rules and content it publishes on channels and on its booking page; Otelka is the software that publishes them on the property’s instruction.
Who is it for?
It is designed mainly for apartments, boutique hotels and guesthouses with 3 to 50 rooms or units. No technical knowledge is needed: the property enters its rooms and rates, connects its channels and starts selling.
